• FRAMING - Innovative Framing, Inc. specializes in residential and commercial wood framing. We take the job from the foundation through the sheathed roof, including installation of exterior windows and doors... ready for trades. We include labor, lumber, hardware, steel posts and I-Beam. We have developed a framing process and crews that stand above all others in the area, and are the “crews of choice” even for other builders.




• TRIM – As any contractor knows, the trim work in a home takes ingenuity and creativity. It is what finalizes the fine look of a beautiful home. Our trim carpenters are among the best. We endeavor to achieve detailed excellence whether the home calls for the simplest base boards, or the awesome look of 7-piece12” crown molding.




• DECKS – Constructed with strength and stability, our decks primarily utilize the finest composite materials and are built to endure the weight stresses of normal use as well as extra reinforced areas as specified for the weight of an outdoor spa.




• STAIR SHOP – Utilizing 2 x 12 hem fir stringers instead of 2 x 10, like most companies tend to use, results in a stronger set of stairs. We do not “route” our stringers, as routing allows for inserting a wedge under the tread material for support, a process whichweakens the strength of the wood. Our design strengthens the 2 x 12 stringer andprovides solid support to the treads and risers for the set, by mounting the treads to a ¾” inner stringer. We also build open stairs, circular stairs and any custom flared
  designs.
